Welcome to Excel Business Resources (EBR). By purchasing our financial model templates, or engaging us for custom projects, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all financial model templates, custom project services, and related offerings by Excel Business Resources (EBR).

  • By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Financial Model Templates

  • All templates are delivered in digital format (Excel, Google Sheets, or as specified).

  • Templates are for personal and business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without written permission from EBR.

  • Once purchased, templates are considered delivered and non-refundable.

3. Custom Projects

  • Custom project work begins only after initial discussion, scope finalization, and advance payment.

  • Payment Terms:

    • 50% advance payment is required before starting the project.

    • The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery.

  • Timelines are agreed upon at the start of the project. Delays in client responses or providing necessary data may extend delivery time.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in currency USD ($) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made via the approved payment gateways listed on our website.

  • For templates: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

  • For custom projects: Payments follow the staged structure outlined in Section 3.

5. Revisions & Support

  • For templates: Support is limited to addressing file errors or functionality issues. General business or strategy advice is not included.

  • For custom projects: Reasonable revisions (as per agreed scope) are included at no additional cost. Any work outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges.

  • Error Correction Guarantee: If there are any errors in the financial model provided (template or custom), EBR is liable to correct them free of cost within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of templates, no refunds are offered once purchased.

  • For custom projects: Refunds are not available once the project has commenced, except in cases of non-delivery by EBR.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All templates and custom project outputs remain the intellectual property of Excel Business Resources until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • EBR does not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial success from the use of our templates or services.

  • Our liability is limited strictly to correcting any model errors (as per Section 5) or delivering agreed services.

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, business interruptions, or third-party claims.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Insert Country].

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City/Country].

10. Confidentiality

  • We respect client confidentiality and will not share any financial or business information provided during projects with third parties.
